Sauce
Bay Leaf ~3 leaves
Chilli/Flakes 2 teaspoons
Garlic 6 cloves Grated/minced
Oil/Olive 1/4 cup
Onion/Brown 3 tablespoons Grated
Tomato/San Marzano/Canned 2x 400g Can

Directions

Sauce

  1. Saute onion until translucent (~10min)
  2. Empty tomatoes into Bowl and crush lightly with hands
  3. Add Garlic & chilli flakes until can smell but no color (~1min)
  4. Add tomatoes to garlic & chilli
  5. Simmer with lid on for 60mins. Mix every 10min to prevent sticking
