Directions
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 220C
- Mash bananas
- Melt butter
Muffins
- Preheat oven to 220C
- Use cupcake lines in Muffin Tray
- Whisk, together [Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg], set aside
- In stand mixer, beat [Banana, Sugar, Egg, Vanilla, Milk], slowly add Butter
- Mix dry ingredients with wet until combined
- Fold through chocolate chips
- Spoon batter into liners
- Bake for 5 minutes at 220C
- Reduce to 180C and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes
- Transfer to wire rack, until room temperature
