Broccoli Pasta

amount preparation
Base
Broccoli 2 (big) Chop into small florets
Cheese/Cheddar 1 cup Shredded
Pasta/Short 350g
Sauce
Cheese/Parmesan 1/3 cup Finely grated
Chilli/Flakes 1/2 teaspoon +
Garlic 2 cloves minced
Herbs/Italian/Mixed Dried 1 teaspoon
Lemon/Juice 2 tablespoon
Lemon/Zest 2 teaspoon
Oil/Olive/Extra Virgin 2 tablespoon
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar/White 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Cook pasta with 2 teapoon of salt
  2. Cook broccoli with pasta, ~1-2 minutes before pasta is done
  3. Add all sauce ingredients to a jar
  4. Reserve pasta water
  5. Add 1 cup pasta water to sauce in jar
  6. Pour sauce over pasta
  7. Add cheese
