Beef/Rib Eye 800g
Carrot 1/2 peeled, thinly sliced
Oil/Canola 1 tablespoon
Oil/Sesame/Toasted 1 tablespoon
Onion/Brown 1 sliced, thinly
Onion/Green 2
Sesame/Seed 1 tablespoon
Marinade
Apple/Red 1
Garlic 1 tablespoon minced
Ginger 1 teaspoon minced
Mirin 2 tablespoon
Onion/Brown 1/2
Pepper/Black/Ground 1/8 teaspoon
Sauce/Soy 6 tablespoon
Sugar/Brown 3 tablespoon

Directions

Marinate

  1. Blend Marinade ingredients until smooth
  2. Mix Beef and Marinade gently
  3. Add sesame oil and mix into the beef
  4. Cover meat with cling wrap, marinate foe at least 4 horus

Grill

  1. Preheat skillet/bbq grill on medium high heat
  2. Add Canola/Oil, spread well
  3. Add meat in batches, cook over medium high to high for 3 - 5 minutes
  4. Toss in seaseme seeds, rest on plate
