Directions
- Melt chocolate in a bain marie
- Remove from heat and add butter
- When mixture is very smooth, quickly blend in 2 large egg yolks
- Whisk 3 egg whites with a pinch of salt until very stiff
- Whisk in caster sugar and vanilla
- Carefully mix the chocolate preparation with the whisked egg whites
- Pour into dish, chill for atleast 12 hours
