Directions
- Mix sauce ingredients, set aside
- Heat oil over high heat, add beef. cook and break down
- Once you see no more raw meat ~ 2.5 minutes add garlic & chilli flakes
- Cook for 1 minute
- Caramelise beef by adding sauce, stir to coat
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes until sauce reduces and you see the beef caramelising
- Add water and cook for another 1 minute to make a bit saucier
Serve with
- Rice
- Cucumber, finely sliced
- Radish, finely sliced
