Firecracker Beer

amount preparation
Beef/Mince 500g
Chilli/Flakes 1 teaspoon
Garlic 2 cloves finely minced
Oil/Canola 1 1/2 tablespoon
Sauce/Soy 2 tablespoon
Sriracha 4 tablespoon
Sugar/Brown 4 tablespoon
Vinegar/Rice 2 tablespoon
Water 3 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Mix sauce ingredients, set aside
  2. Heat oil over high heat, add beef. cook and break down
  3. Once you see no more raw meat ~ 2.5 minutes add garlic & chilli flakes
  4. Cook for 1 minute
  5. Caramelise beef by adding sauce, stir to coat
  6. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes until sauce reduces and you see the beef caramelising
  7. Add water and cook for another 1 minute to make a bit saucier
