Oyster Sauce Eggs

amount preparation
Chilli/Cayenne/Red/Fresh 1 Sliced, deseeded
Egg 3
Oil/Canola 1 Tablespoon
Oil/Sesame/Toasted 1 Tablespoon
Onion/Green/Fresh 1 Tablespoon, mix of green and white Sliced
Sauce/Oyster 1 Tablespoon

Directions

  1. Mix Sauce/Oyster with Oil/Sesame/Toasted, set aside
  2. Fry Eggs, cover with lid and use small amout of water to get crispy
  3. Brush Eggs with Sauce/Oyster & Oil/Sesame/Toasted mix
  4. Serve with sliced Chilli/Cayenne/Red/Fresh & sliced Onion/Green/Fresh
