Rhubarb Compote

Directions
- Roughly chop rhubarb into equal pieces
- Place all ingredients in saucepan
- Cook to desired consistency.
- Optional blitz to puree
Notes
- Most of this is to taste, depends on how much rhubarb is available in garden
