Directions
- Combine all ingredients into sauce pan
- Bring to boil over medium heat, stir continuosly.
- Lower to medium heat
- Summer for 10-15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened
Notes
- Ratio for recipe: 2 Sauce/Soy : 2 Sake : 2 Mirin : 1 Sugar
- Once cooled, place in Jar. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
