Teriyaki Sauce 照り焼きのたれ

Mirin 125ml
Sake 125ml
Sauce/Soy 125ml
Sugar/White 62g

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into sauce pan
  2. Bring to boil over medium heat, stir continuosly.
  3. Lower to medium heat
  4. Summer for 10-15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened
