Vietnamese Dipping Fish Sauce Recipe

Chilli/Birds Eye 1 finely sliced
Garlic 1 clove minced
Lime/Juice 1.5 tablespoons
Sauce/Fish 2 tablespoons
Sugar/White 2 tablespoons
Water 6 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Combine water and sugar, mix until dissolved
  2. Add lime juice, until tastes like limeade
  3. Add fish sauce, it should be a little strong
  4. Add garlic and chilli
