Pork/Chop Smashed, corners cut
Marinade
Garlic 2 tablespoon minced
Lemongrass/Fresh 6 tablespoon minced
MSG 1/2 teaspoon
Oil/Canola 4 tablespoon
Onion/Shallot 2 tablespoon minced
Sauce/Fish 2 tablespoon
Sauce/Soy
Sugar/White 3 tablespoon

Directions

Preparation

  1. Rinse Pork Chops with water & light scrub with salt, pat dry
  2. Combine marinade ingredients, stir to combine sugar & MSG
  3. Marinade Pork Chops for atleast 3 hours, but ideally overnight
  4. Remove Chops, discard extra liquid

  1. Grill Pork
